D, we really didn’t. This gives us an inside look into what goes on his head and also a few key events that Persephone never knew about.
Hecate giving Hades hell was EVERYTHING! Loved her. Especially loved, that she was able to beat some sense into Hades. Greek gods are so damn stubborn!
What this book offers that ATOD didn’t, was some violent action. Persephone isn’t only sheltered by her mom, she’s now also protected by Hades.
I liked ATOD as it was but after a AGOF, that story has definitely been elevated and has become one of favorite reads of this year!
